Holiday Mail for Heroes through the American Red Cross

Holiday Mail for Heroes is a program administered by the American Red Cross that encourages people to send a card of thanks and support to members of the Armed Forces, veterans and their families.

How to help

Cards should be addressed to “Dear Service Member, Veteran” so they can be shared with anyone who has served. The cards do not need to have an envelope. No glitter should be used on the cards as it can aggravate health issues of wounded warriors. Cards should be no larger than 9 by 12 inches. Signed cards can be mailed or delivered to: American Red Cross, Greater St. Louis Regiom, 10195 Corporate Square Drive, St. Louis, MO 63132. The deadline is Dec. 12.
