The Illinois Center for Autism

The Illinois Center for Autism works to educate and serve children and adults with autism to help them be as independent as possible in their home, school and community. The center offers a special day school, opportunities for employment for people with autism, and support services.

How to help

Volunteer in the classroom, the center’s library or fundraising event. People can donate Campbell’s labels for Education, Capri Sun labels, Box Tops for Education, among others. The center also collects used printer cartridges and cell phones. People can also get a SchnucksScrip Community Card. In addition, donations can be made online at www.illinoiscenterforautism.org.
