Blessed to Give: Parent Teacher Organization for Exceptional Children

Parent Teacher Organization for Exceptional Children (PTOEC), based in Belleville, provides sporting and recreational activities socialization and instructional opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities. The organization serves about 130 people in the metro-east area, and participates in the Illinois Special Olympics. PTOEC also hosts dances or fun nights for young and senior adults and annual 3-week summer camp for youngsters in school.
