Blessed to Give: The Giving Tree
The Giving Tree
The Giving Tree in New Baden helps people year round through its summer lunch program for children, a food pantry, a clothing pantry, during Thanksgiving, and at Christmas with gifts for children and with a holiday dinner, among other things. Volunteers from the Zion United Church of Christ, St. George Catholic Church and New Baden United Methodist Church make up the organization.

People may donate canned good items, fresh fruits and vegetables, unopened dairy products that are not expired, frozen meat or poultry that is not expired, household cleaning products, hygiene items and paper goods.
