Blessed to Give: Eagle’s Nest of St. Clair County

Eagle’s Nest of St. Clair County

Eagle’s Nest of St. Clair County works to help homeless military veterans achieve their highest level of self-sufficiency, economic independence and rejoin the community as productive members of society. Eagle’s Nest provides a safe and comfortable space for veterans to live. The Joseph Center, a full-service living center in East St. Louis, provides supportive housing to 26 homeless veterans.

How to help

People can “adopt an area” in the shelter to help provide furnishings at the Joseph Center. The center has an ongoing wish list, which includes cleaning supplies, men’s clothing, non-perishable food, office supplies and personal care products, among other things. People may make monetary donations at the Eagle’s Nest website.
