Healing service and religious classes to be held in Belleville

‘An Adult Understanding of the Four Last Things: Heaven, Hell, Judgment and Purgatory’

The Rev. John Mark Ettensohn will present “An Adult Understanding of the Four Last Things” from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Jan. 20, at the Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows, 442 S. De Mazenod Drive, Belleville. The cost of the program is $20 and pre-registration is required.

The presentation is about how to search the Bible, the Catholic tradition and an adult understanding of the world for clues to “the last things: heaven, hell, judgment and purgatory.” Information: 618-394-6270 or snows.org/programs.

Adult forum in Belleville

St. George’s Adult Forum is offered on Sunday mornings beginning Jan. 14 at 9:15 a.m. in the St. George Episcopal Church, Parish Hall, 105 East D St., Belleville.
