This fantastic show lights up the sky at 9:15 p.m. at the Edwardsville High School campus near the running track. Mascoutah Fourth of July Fireworks — 9:30 p.m. Saturday, July 4. Fireworks will be set off next to the Dog Park on the north side of Scheve Park. Spectators are allowed to view the show from the grassy areas within Scheve Park. The bleachers will be open for viewing. No vehicles or spectators are allowed on the berm next to the Hog River (aka Big Ditch); no spectators are allowed on the walking trail located on the northern edge of Scheve Park. She will guide you through all of the recipes and provide tips and tricks! Youth will also have the chance to share and learn from each other. The virtual learning sessions will be conducted through ZOOM. Cost for the four-day session is $10/person. Following registration for the school youth will receive a packet including a Youth Cooking School apron, cutting board, instructional cookbook, and ingredients for the first day’s session.
