Virtual Youth Cooking School — Monday, July 13, through Thursday, July 16. Online via Zoom. University of Illinois Extension is offering a Virtual Youth Cooking School for interested youth age 8-16. If you love cooking and learning about nutrition, joins us for some fun! All recipes ae pre-recorded by our 4-H Youth Development Educator, Katrina Galati. She will guide you through all of the recipes and provide tips and tricks! Youth will also have the chance to share and learn from each other. The virtual learning sessions will be conducted through ZOOM. Cost for the four-day session is $10/person. Following registration for the school youth will receive a packet including a Youth Cooking School apron, cutting board, instructional cookbook, and ingredients for the first day’s session.
