It’s the last day for the 30th annual Midwest Salute to the Arts festival at Moody Park in Fairview Heights. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 26.
This event features art displays, art and craft demonstrations, kid’s activities, a food court and more. Admission is free.

▪ 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. — Kids entertainment: Dooley the Clown.
▪ 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. — Kids entertainment: Illustrator Randall Spriggs.
▪ Noon to 3 p.m. — 30th Anniversary Live Demonstration by Vesna Delevska inside the art gallery.
▪ 1 to 2 p.m. — Kids entertainment: Taleypo the Storyteller. Marilyn Kinsella of Fairview Heights is “Taleypo the Storyteller”.
▪ 1 to 3 p.m. — Bottlesnake Blues performs on the classic stage.
▪ 3 to 5 p.m. — Mark Holland performs on the acoustic stage.
