See ‘Conjuring’ free Friday 13th in Belleville at Lincoln

Need something scary and free to do this Friday the 13th?

Warner Bros. will be showing “The Conjuring” at 10 p.m. Friday at the Lincoln Theater in downtown Belleville — in anticipation of sequel’s opening June 10. Get a free pass to the movie at the Lincoln by going to

Luke Naliborksi, local paranormal author, speaker and Alton Hauntings tour guide will host the screening. Plus, you’ll see a special on-screen greeting from director James Wan, as well as clips from “The Conjuring 2.”

The first 50 people at the screening Friday will also receive a poster for “The Conjuring 2” and 13 lucky attendees will get passes to attend an advance screening of the June film.

Why the Lincoln Theater you ask? Well, it’s supposed to be haunted.
