East St. Louis festival moved indoors

The Arts & Entertainment Festival, sponsored by I Am EStL Magazine, will be indoors at Sunshine Cultural Arts Center, 630 North 59th Street, East St. Louis. Enter through the red door at the rear.

The festival, from 2-5 p.m. Sunday, was changed from Katherine Dunham Museum's outdoor location due to the forecast for rain.
