Pet of the week: Kit Kat needs someone to cuddle

This week’s BND Pet of the Week is Kit Kat, a 2-year-old chocolate Tabby mix that is very affectionate.

Kit Kat is a handsome guy that loves attention. He likes to wait by the door so he is sure to be the first one you see. He loves to jump in your arms and be carried around. He absolutely adores human companionship.

Kit Kat was found in late 2014 and was taken to Highland Animal Shelter. The shelter brings cats and kittens to the PetSmart in O’Fallon every week to increase their chances of being adopted.

The cats are available at PetSmart Monday through Friday and the dogs are available on the second weekend of every month.

Kit Kat also gets along with other cats and is a real social butterfly. He is spayed, microchiped and up to date on all required vaccinations.
