Pet of the week: Temple, the dutchess with patches
This week’s BND Pet of the Week is Temple, a 3-year-old short domestic with colorful patches on her face and body.
Temple is a lovely girl that is very inquisitive and loves to explore. She likes to sit on high counters and get rubbed by passers by.
She was turned in to the Metro East Humane Society after her owner moved and was unable to bring Temple along.
Temple was very shy around other cats when she was first brought to the shelter, but now she gets along fine with them and visits the shelter’s play area known as “kitty city.”
She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on all required vaccinations.
To learn more about Temple, visit Metro East Humane Society or call 618-656-4405.
