Virgin Voyages brings adults-only cruises to West Coast
Popular adults-only cruise line Virgin Voyages is marking some major milestones this spring as its newest ship, Brilliant Lady, continues its inaugural cruise season. The fourth and final ship to join the Virgin Voyages fleet (at least for now), Brilliant Lady launched in September from New York City ready to take the brand's adults-only cruises to places they'd never sailed before.
For its inaugural season, Brilliant Lady set off on a grand tour of North America - a cross-country sea trip featuring a series of longer itineraries that took it to Canada and New England, Bermuda, and deep into the Caribbean before heading west this spring.
After completing a journey from Miami that included the cruise line's first transit of the Panama Canal, Brilliant Lady arrived to the Port of Los Angeles on April 6 to begin Virgin Voyages' first-ever series of sailings from L.A. ahead of its inaugural Alaska season.

Virgin Voyages now sailing Mexican Riviera cruises from LA
Over the next month, Brilliant Lady will sail a series of adults-only cruises to Mexico featuring visits to popular destinations including Cabo San Lucas, Ensenada, and Mazatlán.
"Virgin Voyages brings a fresh, contemporary cruise product to Los Angeles, and we're proud to welcome them as a new homeport partner," Port of Los Angeles Executive Director Gene Seroka said in a press release. "With these well-crafted itineraries, passengers can make the most of their time exploring destinations along the Pacific Coast and beyond."

On board the stylish, 2,770-passenger cruise ship, adults can enjoy premium, all-inclusive dining across more than 20 eateries, immersive entertainment, live music and dancing under the stars, and wellness programming that was designed specifically with the West Coast in mind.
Brilliant Lady will offer another series of adults-only cruises from Los Angeles in the fall that will include special Halloween sailings to the Mexican Riviera before the ship sails back through the Panama Canal to Miami. Brilliant Lady is scheduled to return to the West Coast in 2027 for even longer stay.
Brilliant Lady will sail Virgin Voyages' first Alaska cruise season this summer
Following her spring sailings from L.A., Brilliant Lady will venture north up the Pacific Coast to begin the cruise line's first-ever Alaska cruise season. From May through early September, Brilliant Lady will sail kid-free Alaska cruises from Seattle that offer a fresh, luxurious way to explore the state's wonders.
Virgin Voyages' Alaska cruise itineraries feature visits to ports such as Juneau, Ketchikan, Sitka, Skagway, and Icy Point Strait, as well scenic cruising to the Inside Passage, Hubbard Glacier, and Endicott Arm and Dawes Glacier.

"Alaska is one of the most awe-inspiring places on Earth," Virgin Voyages CEO Nirmal Saverimuttu said in a press release. "Experiencing it aboard Brilliant Lady means you get the adventure without sacrificing comfort, style or that Virgin sense of discovery - and without a single child on board. This is what vacation is supposed to feel like."
In addition to the brand's new Alaska and West Coast cruises, Virgin Voyages' four-ship fleet offers unique cruise itineraries for adults-only getaways in Europe, the Caribbean, Bermuda, and Canada and New England.
