2026 Toyota Camry's May Lease Deals Are Here-Can They Beat the Accord?
The Toyota Camry has quietly taken over as the Japanese automaker's best-selling vehicle this year, while Toyota focuses on ramping up production for the new RAV4. When the current generation of the Camry first arrived, its hybrid-only powertrain raised eyebrows, making it the first time a non-hybrid Camry wasn't offered. The switch has done nothing to dent buyer confidence in the midsize sedan, which continues to be hugely popular. If you want to see what all the fuss is about and are considering a new Camry, these are the lease deals available for May-and how they compare to the Honda Accord's lease deals.
This Month's Toyota Camry Lease Deals
As was the case in April, there are three Toyota Camry leasing deals this month. They're for the LE, SE, and XSE trims. The cheapest Toyota Camry lease price for May applies to the base LE, which starts at $319 per month. That's $10/month more than April's deal, but the $2,999 due at signing is unchanged. The SE also gets a $10 monthly increase, but the XSE stays the same. Here's a look at all three Camry leasing deals.
LE | SE | XSE | |
Monthly lease price | $319 | $359 | $449 |
Lease term | 36 months | 36 months | 36 months |
Due at signing | $2,999 | $2,999 | $2,999 |
These deals all exclude tax, title, licensing, and registration costs. They're based on a mileage limit of 10,000 miles annually, with an extra cost of $0.15 per mile if you exceed this-in one extreme case, a driver racked up penalties of almost $40,000 for covering 223,000 miles in a leased Camry. These lease deals expire on June 1, 2026, and we recommend using your zip code to check if pricing differs in your area.
Comparison With Honda Accord
Honda's Accord is coming off a particularly strong month in the U.S., with 16,071 units of the sedan sold, taking it up to 53,388 units for the year. Toyota hasn't reported April sales, but the Camry is still far ahead, as the sedan had already tallied 78,255 sales in the first three months of the year.
With much higher demand for the Camry, Honda's lease deals for the Accord are more aggressive. You can lease a non-hybrid model for just $259 per month over 36 months, but there's a higher initial cost of $3,999. It still works out cheaper than the Camry over the entire duration of the lease, though.
The Accord Hybrid can be leased from $299 per month, also with $3,999 due at signing. This is roughly on par with the Camry Hybrid, but the Toyota is the more powerful car, with 225 horsepower in FWD guise to the Honda's 204 hp. The Camry is also a little more economical, so might be the smarter buy overall. The Accord also becomes more expensive if you don't qualify for its loyalty or conquest incentive, so there's a caveat attached to these prices.

Final Thoughts
Despite small price bumps for the Camry LE and SE, the Toyota is still an excellent lease deal across all three trims. The 2026 Camry is hard to fault in all the ways that count for buyers in this segment. It's high on value, practical for a sedan, exceptionally economical, and appears to be just as reliable as older Camrys. The Accord can be leased for less and is a little better to drive, though, so be sure to weigh up your options before committing to one or the other.
