Illinois’ latest statewide coronavirus numbers include 59 new deaths

Illinois has 2,162 new COVID-19 cases and 59 additional deaths, health officials announced Sunday.

The announcement by the Illinois Department of Public Health brings the statewide total of coronavirus cases to 43,903 and the total number of deaths to 1,933.
