Number of coronavirus cases in Illinois climbs toward 74,000, including 130 new deaths
Illinois has 2,887 new COVID-19 cases and 130 additional deaths, health officials announced Friday.
The announcement by the Illinois Department of Public Health brings the statewide total of coronavirus cases to 73,760 and the total number of deaths to 3,241.
