Think you may have COVID-19? Here’s where you can get tested in southwestern Illinois

Worried you may be sick with COVID-19 or may have been exposed to the virus?

Increased production coronavirus tests and swabs have made diagnoses more readily available to those who are not first responders or healthcare workers.

Here’s where you can get tested if you meet the requirements, according to the Illinois Department of Health:

St. Clair County

  • SIHF Healthcare, East St. Louis, 100 North 8th Street, IL

    • Hours: Noon - 3:30 p.m.

    • Days of Operation: Monday-Friday

    • Requirements: Telephone screening required in advance or at the time of collection. All patients accepted. Telephone screening available from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

  • SIHF Healthcare, 509 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia

    • Hours: Noon - 3:30 p.m.

    • Days of Operation: Monday-Friday

    • Requirements: Telephone screening required in advance or at the time of collection. All patients accepted. Telephone screening available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

  • IDPH East St. Louis Drive-Through and Walk-Up

    • Hours: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

    • Days of Operation: Daily

    • Requirements: No appointment required. Capacity is limited. Hours of operation subject to change on a daily basis, based on available equipment and throughput. All individuals with symptoms are encouraged to seek testing at these Community Based Testing Sites.

    • Additional accommodations have been made for the following individuals with or without COVID-like symptoms:

      • Healthcare workers

      • First Responders

      • Employees of Correctional Facilities

      • Individuals exposed to confirmed COVID-19 patients

      • Employees that support Critical Infrastructure (grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, gas stations, public utilities, factories, childcare and sanitation)

      • Individuals with compromised immune systems, chronic medical conditions

      • Definition of Symptoms: Fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell

  • SIHF Healthcare, 7210 West Main St, Belleville

    • Hours: Noon - 3:15 p.m.

    • Days of Operation: Monday-Friday

    • Requirements: Telephone screening required in advance or at the time of collection. All patients accepted. Telephone screening available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

    • COVID Hotline: 618-646-2596

  • Walgreens Drive-Thru, 1201 Camp Jackson Rd, Cahokia

    • Hours: Varies

    • Requirements: Complete a screening questionnaire.

Madison County

  • SIHF Healthcare, 2166 Madison Avenue, Granite City

    • Hours: Noon - 3:15 p.m.

    • Days of Operation: Monday-Friday

    • Requirements:Telephone screening required in advance or at the time of collection. All patients accepted. Telephone screening available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

  • SIHF Healthcare, 230 Old St. Louis Road, Wood River

    • Hours:Noon - 3:15 p.m.

    • Days of Operation: Monday-Friday

    • Requirements: Telephone screening required in advance or at the time of collection. All patients accepted. Telephone screening available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

  • OSF Alton, 2 Anthonys Way, Suite 205, Alton

    • Hours:8:00am - 4:00pm

    • Days of Operation: Monday - Friday

    • Requirements: Must meet testing criteria, and patients must be screened through Pandemic Health or PCP in advance. Must call 1-833-OSF- KNOW in advance to schedule an appointment.

    • COVID Hotline: 833-OSF-KNOW

  • OSF PromptCare Godfrey, 6702 Godfrey Rd., Godfrey

    • Hours:8:00am - 7:00pm

    • Days of Operation: Monday - Saturday

    • Requirements: Must meet testing criteria, and patients must be screened through Pandemic Health or PCP in advance. Must call 1-833-OSF- KNOW in advance to schedule an appointment.

    • COVID Hotline: 833-OSF-KNOW

  • Anderson Healthcare Drive-Thru Testing, 2930 North Center Street, Maryville

    • Hours: By appointment only from 8 a.m. to Noon.

    • Days of Operation: Monday-Friday

    • Requirements: Physician ordered testing only.

Randolph County

  • Red Bud Regional Hospital, 325 Spring Street, Red Bud

    • Hours: 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.

    • Days of Operation: Daily

    • Requirements: Will be screened over the phone to determine if current state testing criteria are met.

    • COVID Hotline: 618-282-5165

  • Sparta Community Hospital Quality Healthcare Clinics, 818 East Broadway, Sparta

    • Hours:9 a.m. - 4 p.m., 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.

    • Days of Operation: Monday-Saturday, Sunday

    • Requirements: Call Primary Care or Convenient Care for an appointment. Seen by appointment only.

    • COVID Hotline: 618-443-6228
