Testing will be conducted through a throat swab.

St. Clair County Chairman Mark Kern said Friday during the county’s daily coronavirus briefing that the mayor of Fairmont City is among those requesting future mobile testing sites for their communities. Earlier in the week, the Fairmont City Police Department said the village had seen an outbreak of the virus and urged residents to protect themselves.
