▪ Belleville brewer expanding: The owner of 4204 Main Street Brewing Company has purchased the former Mad Pricer location.
The purchase gives 4204 Main Street Owner Todd Kennedy room to expand brewing operations.
Beer will still be made at the original 4204 location, Kennedy said.

▪ New bicycle store location: California-based Pedago has opened a new location in Edwardsville.
The store sells and rents battery-powered bicycles and offers tours of the area bike-trails.
The store is now located at 439 S. Buchanan St. Suite B.
▪ More Oliver Hamilton spending: East St. Louis Township Supervisor Oliver Hamilton went on a Chicago River architecture tour, and paid for parking at Navy Pier with a township credit card, according to financial records.
Purchases are supposed to benefit the public, according to state law.
The expenses in Chicago, are among tens of thousands of dollars in questionable charges from 2012 through July of 2016 Hamilton has racked up.
▪ MidAmerica Airport subsidy drops to $6.5 million: St. Clair County pumped about $6.5 million into MidAmerica airport in 2015, according to audit records.
The subsidy is a drop from $7.6 million in 2014. Audit records say, $5.4 million was for paying back debt owed on the airport.
St. Clair County Board Chairman Mark Kern said the airport is working its way toward breaking even.
In 2015, the county spent $109.5 million on government expenses, but brought in $94.6 million in revenues. However there were many capital projects.
