Domino’s driver robbed of money, cell phone, police say

An armed man took the money and cell phone of a pizza delivery driver, according to Centralia Police.

The Domino’s driver was making a delivery on a northwest Centralia street when he was approached by a man, radio station WJBD reported. The driver believed the man had a gun. The driver told police he was hit in the face, and the assailant took his money and cell phone.

Police were unable to immediately find any suspects. Centralia Police Chief Brian Atchison said other recent robberies, of two cab drivers, had similarities.
