Website names Southern Illinois town as one of best fall weekend getaways
Tiny Vienna in Southern Illinois is on the list of Trip Advisor’s best fall weekend getaways that are not in New England.
The tripadvisor.rentals blog touts the town’s Tunnel Hill State Trail for bike-riding and the Dixon Springs State Park for fall activities. The website did not specify the criteria used to determine the list.
Vienna is in Johnson County and has a population of about 1,500, and is about 130 miles from Belleville.
