East St. Louis man found fatally shot
An East St. Louis man was fatally shot Saturday evening, according to police.
Derrick D. Wells, 39, was found lying on the ground in the 600 block of North 31st Street in East St. Louis, with a gunshot wound to the right side of his neck, according to East St. Louis police. Police responded to the area just after 5:30 p.m. Nov. 4.
Wells was pronounced dead at the scene.
