Police search for missing Bethalto teen
The Madison County Sheriff’s office was working Tuesday to locate a missing Bethalto teenager who they believed may have run away.
Adriana L. Yount, 17, left her Bethalto residence of her own will Dec. 15, according to a news release. Police didn’t suspect any foul play or criminal activity, but were asking for public assistance to locate Adriana.
She was last seen at her home in the 400 block of Elm Street in Bethalto. She is a white female with brown hair and eyes, and is 5-foot-8 and 140 pounds. Police believe she was still in the Bethalto area Tuesday.
