State Sen. Daniel Biss, D-Evanston, on Tuesday, is scheduled to visit both Belleville and Waterloo, to meet with voters.

Biss is running for the Democratic nomination for governor in the March 20 election. He is running against Chicago businessmen J.B. Pritzker and Chris Kennedy, Madison County Regional Office of Education Superintendent Bob Daiber, Tio Hardiman of Calumet City, and Robert Marshall of Burr Ridge.

Biss is scheduled to have a meet and greet from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Liberal Arts Building at Southwestern Illinois College at 2500 Carlyle Ave. He also is scheduled to meet with the Monroe County Democrats, who are scheduled to have a meeting from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Waterloo VFW Post 6504 at 406 Veterans Drive.
