Trench collapse: Man trapped up to his neck in dirt for 5 hours
A man was rescued Sunday evening after being stuck in an 18-foot-deep trench in South St. Louis.
Firefighters say a trench behind a home in the 3300 block of Wyoming Street near Roosevelt High School collapsed, trapping a 36-year-old man for five hours.
