McKinley Bridge reopens after closure due to police activity
The McKinley bridge was closed Tuesday morning because of police activity.
The Illinois Department of Transportation tweeted the bridge, connecting Venice and St. Louis, was closed. IDOT suggested commuters find another route.
KMOV reported multiple police vehicles and a tow truck near a car were on the bridge.
At about 8:30 a.m., IDOT tweeted the bridge had been reopened.
