Police close Illinois 156 in Monroe County for two-car accident
Illinois 156 was closed at Trout Camp Road in Monroe County on Tuesday afternoon while crews attended to a two-vehicle accident.
Police advised the public to avoid the area, a Facebook post from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department stated.
According to scanner traffic, the Waterloo Fire Department was called for mutual aid to a two-car crash in the area.
