The 51st Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. commemorative observance program in East St. Louis will be held Monday at Greater New Hope Missionary Baptist Church.

The event starts at noon. The church is located at 2240 Missouri Ave and keynote speaker for the program is DeRienzia Johnson, a pastor at Greater New Hope.
