26-year-old O’Fallon man dies in head-on crash on Interstate 64
A 26-year-old O’Fallon man died Friday night in a head-on crash on Interstate 64 in St. Clair County.
Dustin T. Graves, of O’Fallon, drove through the center media on I-64 near the area of Illinois 161 just before 8 p.m. and struck a semi-truck head-on, according to preliminary reports from Illinois State Police.
Graves was pronounced dead at the scene by St. Clair County Coroner Calvin Dye Sr.
The truck driver, Ashley D. Mick, 38, of Jefferson County, was taken to an area hospital with minor injuries.
