The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department was seeking the public’s help Friday in finding a missing woman with mental health issues.

Elaine M. Wagner, 59, last contacted her family on February 20. She is 5-foot-7, weighs 260 pounds, and has blue eyes and brown and gray hair, according to a release from the sheriff’s department.

Wagner is considered homeless, but last resided at 129 Sugar Pine Lane, Apt. 5 in O’Fallon, the release stated.

Wagner’s mental health issues may have played a role in her going missing, the release said. She may frequent the East St. Louis area, but it’s not known if she is still in the metro-east.

Anyone with information about Wagner can contact the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department at 618-825-5204.
