Ravanelli’s closes in O’Fallon, wood-fired eatery moving in
Ravanelli’s Restaurant has closed its location in O’Fallon, but another eatery is moving in and will open by this weekend.
Fire-N-Smoke Wood-Fired Kitchen is planning to open at that site, 1214 Central Park Plaza, on Saturday.
The eatery features wood-fired dishes such as pulled pork, brisket, chicken and turkey, but will also include the pizza and fried chicken from Ravanelli’s menu.
Ravanelli’s Restaurant co-owner Steve Edwards opened the Fire-N-Smoke Wood-Fired Kitchen in Troy last November. He is expanding the restaurant to a second location.
Ravanelli’s Restaurant will remain open in Collinsville and Granite, where it initially opened in 1964.
