The Illinois Department of Transportation reported all westbound lanes of Interstate 64 were reopened at the 25th Street exit in East St. Louis after being closed because of a one-vehicle crash Friday afternoon.

A vehicle was going west on the highway at 1:02 p.m. when it blew a tire and overturned, according to preliminary investigation by the Illinois State Police.

The driver was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
