Here’s a list of possible snow amounts for Belleville and other southwest Illinois towns

This is a list of town-by-town snowfall possibilities for communities across the metro-east, according to the National Weather Service.

The information was compiled from local forecasts as of late Tuesday afternoon. They are only possibilities and are subject to change depending on conditions and how the storm develops.

Across the region, the accumulation is expected to start with snow and sleet Wednesday, changing to snow later that day into Wednesday night and Thursday. The total accumulation possibilities listed below include some sleet, but mostly represent snow:

Belleville: 6 to 12 inches possible

Breese 6 to 11 inches

Cahokia Heights: 7 to 13 inches

Caseyville 6 to 13 inches

Collinsville: 7 to 13 inches

Columbia: 6 to 11 inches

East St. Louis: 7 to 13 inches

Edwardsville: 8 to 14 inches

Fairview Heights: 6-12 inches

Freeburg: 6 to 11 inches

Highland: 6 to 12 inches

Glen Carbon: 7 to 13 inches

Granite City: 8 to 14 inches

Marissa: 6 to 10 inches

Mascoutah: 7 to 12 inches

Millstadt: 6 to 11 inches

New Athens: 6 to 9 inches

O’Fallon: 6 to 12 inches

Smithton: 6 to 11 inches

Waterloo: 7 to 12 inches
