Family of missing Belleville woman asking public for help locating her

The family of a Belleville woman who has been missing since January 26 is asking for the public’s help to locate her.

Beverly J. Logan, 32, was last seen on Ross Lane, just south of Belleville in St. Clair Township.

Family friend Chelsea Chapman said it is not like Logan to be away from her family without keeping in contact.

“We don’t know where she is and just want to find her and know she is safe,” Chapman said.

Chapman described Logan as “very small,” 5-feet, 2-inches tall and 120 pounds with dark spots on her face. She wears her black hair at shoulder length either in a pony tail or straight down.

Capt. Bruce Fleshren of the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department confirmed the family has filed a missing person report with the St. .Clair County Sheriff’s Department.

“We are actively following up on leads and we are talking with family and friends to verify she is safe,” he said.

Trina Logan, Beverly Logan’s mom, asked anyone who has seen her or knows her whereabouts to come forward with information. They may call the St. Clair County Sheriff at 618-875-5712 or call the family directly at 618-593-6383 or 618-540-2790.
