Expect delays on Highway 50 through O’Fallon when IDOT begins repair project

Provided

The Illinois Department of Transportation will begin a project to patch and resurface U.S. 50 in O’Fallon between Anne Avenue and North Main Street beginning Monday, June 13.

Construction will take place during normal working hours. The road will remain open to traffic, but IDOT said to expect delays.

Christ Brothers Asphalt, Inc., will complete the work, which IDOT expects to be mostly completed by mid-August — weather permitting.
