Watch: East St. Louis cleanup continues as mayor discusses recovery plans, help for victims

East St. Louis Mayor Robert Eastern III addressed flooding issues at a press conference Tuesday and announced the opening of a resource center this weekend for victims.

Meanwhile, volunteers with the Christian Aid Ministries and other organizations worked to remove flood damaged items, carpet, flooring and drywall from the damaged homes.
