41st annual Belleville Oktoberfest continues Saturday. Here is the schedule

The 41st annual Belleville Oktoberfest continues today in the heart of downtown.

The event officially starts at 11 a.m. and concludes at 11 p.m., with lots of food, entertainment, games, contests and of course, beer. At least 30 food vendors and craft vendors are participating.

But there are other festival features that start earlier than 11. See the schedule below for more on that.

A featured event Saturday is the festival’s first Chalktoberfest from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Each participant will have a 4x4-foot space to show off their mad chalk art skills. Bring your own chalk.

All ages and abilities are welcome. You can still reserve space today. Public voting on your favorite artwork starts at 1:30 p.m. For more info, visit facebook.com/events/785067515976812.

Here’s Saturday’s schedule:

8 a.m. to noon — Car Show Registration, East Main and North Charles streets

9 a.m. to 1 p.m. — Chalktoberfest - East Main and North Illinois streets behind the Weisenstein Clock

10 a.m. — Bags Tournament - 100 Block of West Main Street. Registration at 10 a.m., starts at 11 a.m. Cost is $50 per team on the day of the event. Double elimination tournament with cash prizes.

11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. — Blue Smoke - Main Stage

11 a.m. to 1 p.m. — Bad Sneakers - East Main Stage

11 a.m. to 1 p.m. — Belleville Community Band - German Tent Stage

1:30-3:30 p.m. — Social Remedy - Main Stage

2 p.m. — Wiener Dog Race/Costume Contest, North 1st and West Main streets. Rain or shine.

2-4 p.m. — The Last Stanza - East Main Stage

2-4 p.m. — Deutschmeister Brass Band - German Tent Stage

3:30 p.m. — Car Show Awards - East Main Stage

4-6 p.m. — Dazed & Confused - Main Stage

4:30 p.m. — Stein Stretch Final Competition & Awards - Main Stage

5-7 p.m. — Cheri Bomb - East Main Stage

5-7 p.m. — Rendition - German Tent Stage

7-11 p.m. — Platinum Rock Legends - Main Stage

8-11 p.m. — Saloonatics - East Main Stage

8-11 p.m. — Uber Cool - German Tent Stage
