O’Fallon reschedules holiday parade due to rainy forecast

The Illuminated Holiday Parade in O’Fallon has been rescheduled due to the rainy forecast for Saturday night.

The parade will begin at 6 p.m. Sunday instead of Saturday, according to an announcement from the O’Fallon Police Department.

Forecasters from the National Weather Service call for a 100% chance of rain Saturday night.

A thunderstorm is possible and patchy fog is expected from 9 p.m. Saturday until 5 a.m. Sunday.

The Sunday forecast calls for a high of 37 with cloudy skies and a northwest wind in the evening.
