Watch: East St. Louis celebrates its 10th state high school football championship

East St. Louis, the City of Champions, celebrated its 10th high school football state title with an assembly and pep rally at on Friday at Clyde C. Jordan Stadium followed by a parade on State Street.

The Flyers defeated Prairie Ridge 57-7 on Saturday to claim the IHSA Class 6A crown, marking the program’s 10th state championship.
