Teen missing from west Belleville since Feb. 15 is found safe

The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department has located a runway 15-year-old girl.

Nia I. Billadeau was reported missing on Feb. 15 after having last been seen in the west end of Belleville. She is back with her family, the sheriff’s department said.
