Edwardsville business gets new name to reflect added services to customers
An Edwardsville business has a new name to go along with the expanded services it now offers.
Bickle Electric Contracting Co. is now Bickle Electric, Heating & Cooling Contracting Co., according to a press release.
With the addition of heating and cooling repairs, maintenance and installation to its existing electrical services, owners Rob and Erin Bickle up their game to serve customers in the RiverBend area.
“Our highest priority is providing quality service at a fair price. That’s why we say we’re ‘Wired to Serve’,” owner Erin Bickle stated in the release.
“We want our customers to know with confidence they are taken care of from the moment we walk into their home until long after the work is done, no matter the job. No job is too small.”
Bickle is celebrating the expansion by offering an AC cleaning and check-up for $125, according to the release.
Bickle Electric, Heating & Cooling is fully licensed and insured and provides warranties on all work for its customers.
“As a business and home owner, I realize just how important it is to find quality service. It is my goal that you, as a customer, receive only the best-trained individuals,” stated owner Rob Bickle in the release.
“We know trust is most important in service, so we formed a fantastic team of employees who share these same values.”
The business was founded by the Bickles in 2012 and provides commercial and residential services.
In addition to operating the business, they support nonprofit organizations, including RiverBend Family Ministries, in their community via sponsorship.
Erin Bickle is the Executive Director of Refuge, a nonprofit located in Wood River that supports area children affected by trauma, stated the release.
Bickle Electric, Heating & Cooling Contracting Co. is located at 4795 Section Line Road in Edwardsville.
