Central Bank of St. Louis has named O’Fallon resident Judy Kampen as its Community Development Loan Officer. Kampen will be working primarily with the bank’s metro-east branches.

Yoga Core and More in O’Fallon has added yoga instructor Catherine Richards and a massage therapist Tammy Alumbaugh.

Joe Horstmann is now president of Horstmann Premier Financial in Highland, an independent financial firm formerly known as Coolican and Associates Wealth Management.

Jessica Brockhahn, of Summerfield, has joined St. Louis general contracting and construction firm McGrath & Associates as project accountant.
