Woman reported missing in Madison County has been located

A woman who had been reported missing in the Dorsey area on Monday has been located and is safe, according to the Madison County Sheriff’s Office.

The Sheriff’s Office had issued a missing/endangered person alert for Laura Erzen, 36, in the Dorsey and Staunton area.

A 1:30 p.m. update on the sheriff’s Facebook page stated Erzen was ``located and safe.”

No other information was released about this case.
