IDOT replacing pavement along Illinois 3 in Granite City

The Illinois Department of Transportation is carrying out work along Illinois Route 3 in Granite City.

IDOT said it plans to have lane restrictions on southbound Illinois 3 between Poag Road and Industrial Drive between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. through Aug. 3, weather permitting.

Workers are removing and replacing pavement along the road, IDOT said.
