Sporting goods retailer to open warehouse outlet in Fairview Heights. What we know
A long-vacant building at 81 Ludwig Drive in Fairview Heights is getting a new tenant.
Dick’s Sporting Goods is opening a Warehouse Sale store at the former site of Gordmans, which closed in 2020.
A list of area stores on the sporting goods retailer’s website includes the new store with “Opening Soon” listed under the hours.
The nearest area Dick’s Warehouse Sale store is at 687 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., in Fenton, Missouri.
Fairview Heights also has a Dick’s Sporting Goods location at 6575 N. Illinois St., which opened in October 2017, and another coming to Glen Carbon as part of the Orchard Town Center development.
There are also Missouri locations in South County, Des Peres, Chesterfield, St. Peters and Wentzville.
