A Belleville microbrewery is expanding its operations beyond its original walls.
The 4204 Main Street Brewing Co. is converting the building next door, at 4130 W. Main St., into a beer canning site. The building had been a Popeye’s restaurant.
Meanwhile, the main building at 4204 W. Main St. is undergoing an expansion that will soon increase its on-site brewing capacity.
Consumer spending bolstered the U.S. economy during the spring as the country’s total output of goods and services increased by 2.3 percent.
