IDOT reopens Marine Road bridge over I-70

The bridge carrying Marine Road traffic over Interstate 70 near Marine in Madison County has been reopened, the Illinois Department of Transportation said.

IDOT carried out work on the bridge, which included joint replacements and waterproofing.

Work on the bridge began in March.
