The Washington County Emergency Management Agency said in a release the spill occurred on County Highway 17 at Kentucky Road, about seven miles southeast of Nashville.

Nearby residents are urged to shelter in place with windows and doors closed and ventilation systems turned off, the release said. All others should avoid the area, including “non-emergency personnel.”
