Brickstreet Brew opening in Lebanon

Brickstreet Brew is opening a brew house Monday in Lebanon. The recent void left by Fezziwig’s Marketplace at 220 W. St. Louis St. has been reoccupied with one that offers coffee, tea, beer and wine. Fezziwig’s left Lebanon earlier this month for a new locale at 225 W. First St. in O’Fallon. Brickstreet Brew will open its doors at 7 a.m.

A new restaurant that serves pizza is moving into a former O’Fallon pizzeria. Signage outside 711 U.S. Highway 50 indicated the space will soon be the home of Flamentco’s The Place Eatery. Stay tuned.

Sherwin-Williams has a new store in the metro-east. The paint retailer is now at 3270 Green Mount Crossing Drive in Shiloh. The chain also has stores at 3118 Denvershire Drive in Belleville and 6572 N. Illinois St. in Fairview Heights.

A Collinsville car wash is under new ownership. Steve and Kathy Hoelsher have bought Scuba Duck Car Wash at 1840 Vandalia St. The couple says it has no plans to change the business and will retain the coin-operated, self-serve car wash.

And finally, the former Hotel Lennox is reopening in downtown St. Louis after a 16-month, $22 million renovation. The hotel at 823-827 Washington Ave. will open its doors as The Courtyard by Marriott St. Louis Downtown/Convention Center Hotel on Sept. 2, the same day it opened 86 years before.
